What’s your return policy?
Returns within a 30 day period are generally accepted providing they are in new condition and the packaging is not damaged. Goods must be returned to our store and may be subject to freight or handling fees that are passed on from our suppliers.
Any special order buy ins or custom made items are non returnable at any time.
All our products come with manufactures warranty. Every supplier has different warranty periods from 12 months to 3 years. Please contact our store if you have any warranty concerns and we can advise the best options.
Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?
Please contact the store for freight options. We use Australia Post and can freight goods Australia Wide. We do not freight overseas.
